Void Fish
your objective is to survive.
guide and expand your flock of fish to traverse the void. gather food pellets to lay eggs and hatch more fish. the fish in your flock can help distract predators and also take over if your leader fish dies.
controls:
- left mouse: gather your flock towards the leader. your leader fish follows your mouse by default.
- right mouse: lay eggs (if available) that hatch into more fish.
- esc: freezes your leader fish in place
headphones recommended. windows build may run better than web build.

amazing game I pale in comparison to this game!
So good!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Procedural animation in a game jam is wild! the gameplay is simple yet so enjoyable at the same time, the game is accessible and gives off major rain world vibes. only issue I have is the html version would freeze every so often. I won't count it regardless because of favoritism though. A+
(the freezing might just be me, internet has been real funky as of late)
You managed to capture the atmosphere perfectly. Combined with the simplistic yet charming visuals, it could be called a "diamond in rough.". It doesn't take much to create a good atmosphere yet you nail it perfectly. Good job.
Also, is their a definitive ending to this game? I died for getting there if their was one.
